    DHL Express: up to 1kg: €13.90 (delivery Mon. - Fri.), from 1kg - 5kg: €19.90

Order total for standard shipping: > €25: Free shipping (within Germany)

  • German Post: Standard letter: 2-5 days. It depends on German postal delivery.

DHL: as a small parcel or package: 2-3 days. It depends on DHL delivery.
DHL Express: Next day (1 day). Delivery depends on DHL Express.

For all other EU countries:

  • German Post: Standard letter delivery takes 5-7 days. This depends on the country-specific postal service.

DHL: as a small parcel or package: 2-5 days. It depends on DHL delivery.
DHL and UPS Express: 2-3 business days. It depends on DHL and UPS Express delivery.

You can choose express shipping options (with DHL, UPS...) yourself during the ordering process.

Returns: see cancellation policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of the following error:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided
  • I no longer like the product.
  • Ordered the wrong designs

Fair Trade & Social Projects

In our workshop in Vietnam, over 50% of our employees are untrained women
who cannot pursue higher education due to difficult financial circumstances. The female workers receive a fair wage for their work
with us, allowing them to support themselves.

We pay particular attention to the rights of our employees regarding working conditions and working hours. Child labor is prohibited in our company.
