1. Warranty Period

The warranty period is 30 days and begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

2. Requirements

the goods completely

  • undamaged and

  • in sellable condition
is returned to us.

3. Exclusion of Warranty

excluded from the voluntary money-back guarantee:
  • personalized or custom-made products,
  • goods that were specially manufactured or altered at the customer's request,
  • damaged or used items, provided that the damage or use goes beyond the examination of the condition, properties, and functionality.

4. Return
To exercise the warranty, a notification in text form
(e.g., email) within the warranty period is sufficient.
The return of the goods must occur within 30 days after the notification is given.
The customer bears the costs of the return unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.
