For shipping a LINPopUp pop-up card within Germany, depending on the format, thickness, and total weight, a compact letter for €1.10 or a large letter for €1.80 may be an option, for example. Weigh the card together with the envelope and inserts, and also check the permitted dimensions and thickness before shipping. The appropriate postage depends on the fully packaged shipment.
Can you send 3D pop-up cards in the mail?
Yes, LINPopUp pop-up cards can be sent by post in the included envelope. It is important to properly stamp the closed card, including the envelope and any inserts. Depending on the size, thickness, and weight, a different letter category may be required.
Does the Christmas card come with a matching envelope?
Yes, every LINPopUp pop-up card comes with a matching envelope. You do not need an additional standard mailing envelope.
Where do you write your message in a pop-up card?
Depending on the design, you can write in the blank spaces around the 3D motif. Many LINPopUp pop-up cards also include a removable note card for your personal Christmas greetings. You can find out what features your card has in the respective product description.
Can LINPopUp Christmas cards be personalized?
For products with a personalization option, you can order a printed note card to go with it. Enter your custom text and upload a photo if you wish. We will design the note card to match the motif of your LINPopUp pop-up card. The personalization is added to the additional note card, not directly onto the 3D motif.
Can you write on a pop-up card with a fountain pen?
Use a pen that is suitable for paper, and test it on an inconspicuous spot first if possible. Especially with fountain pens and felt-tip pens, the result can depend on the ink and the paper surface. Let the writing dry completely before closing the card or reinserting the note card.

Yes, LINPopUp pop-up cards are carefully assembled by hand in our workshop in Vietnam. The delicate paper elements are arranged so that the three-dimensional design unfolds when opened.

Our 3D Christmas cards are made from sturdy paper carefully selected for the delicate pop-up designs. The coordinated paper elements form the three-dimensional motif when opened.
How is the pop-up effect of my Christmas card preserved?
Carefully open and close your LINPopUp pop-up card without applying pressure to the design. Do not pull on the delicate paper elements and protect the card from moisture. This will allow you to gently unfold and refold the design.
How do rotating LINPopUp Christmas cards work?
With rotating LINPopUp pop-up cards, the design rotates 360° when the card is opened. On this page, a short video shows you the movement using the Angel card as an example.
What are the dimensions of LINPopUp Christmas cards?

Are there Christmas card sets available at a discounted price?
Yes. Our pre-arranged sets of 3 Christmas cards offer a 10% price advantage, while the sets of 5 offer 15% compared to purchasing the cards in the set individually. The price advantage is already included in the set price; no discount code is needed. You can see which designs are included on the respective product page. The designs are fixed and cannot be interchanged. These set benefits do not apply to individually selected cards.
Can custom pop-up cards with a company logo be made?
Yes, LINPopUp offers custom-designed cards, for example for businesses. A minimum order quantity of 100 applies to custom designs. Contact us with your idea and the desired quantity for a personal quote.
From what order value is shipping free?
Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders of €25 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs start at €3.50. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days.
Will I receive a preview of the personalized note card before it is shipped?
We do not currently offer a preview or approval before shipping. Please carefully check your desired text and photo before ordering.

Together with her brother, she then founded her own workshop in Vietnam.
